Leanne Holman qualified as a chef in 1986.

Her experience as head chef in establishments in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, has paved the way for her own catering business.....ECHO.

ECHO's style of cooking, presentation and ultimately sumptuous eating, reflects the inspiring influences from Leanne's travels overseas, the nostalgia of her Mother's cooking and a definitive natural talent.

ECHO uses only the finest, fresh, local produce, culminating in uncomplicated, unpretentious and simply delicious food.

Qualifying as a chef in 1986, I have gone on to work in the catering industry in various establishments in & arouund Swindon & overseas in Australia & New Zealand.

My Style of cooking reflects in the many inspiring infuences of my travels, as well as the warm basics of my mothers kitchen.

I insist on using the finest, freshest local produce where possible culminating in uncomplicated unpretentious & simply delicious.

Echo was born from a passion for food, which I love to share!
